HOTCUS runs two strands of its mentoring programme. The first is a more traditional academic mentoring programme that pairs a PGR or ECR with a more experienced colleague, details of which can be found here. The other is the ‘New Beginnings’ programme which provides support for HOTCUS members considering a career outside academia, the details of which are here.
